Fun fact: when Mario Giannini founded Doucal’s back in the 70s, he visited the famous British shoe-manufacturing district in Northampton for a workshop where he not only honed his construction skills but learnt about local style. To this day, the Montegranaro-based brand’s footwear is known for combining an English aesthetic with an Italian fit - and that all-important layer of comfy memory foam. Speaking of comfort, the Sydney trainers take things to another level thanks to a sporty silhouette that’s made from technical fabric and fitted on an ultra-lightweight sole.
