As the saying goes, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure”. A mantra the brains behind
GoodWaste, RCA graduates Ewan Alston, Rafael Muldal El Baz and Ambra Dentella, live by. They pick up unused materials from Park Royal, London’s largest industrial site, and repurpose them into covetable furniture. These shelves are crafted from thick slabs of marble held in place by a sturdy powder-coated steel frame. Cut with organic jagged edges either side, they combine a trio of textures: rough, smooth and shiny.
