    It’s all well and good using simple olive oil in your cooking, but Selfridges Selection knows how to make it a little more interesting. It’s easy to incorporate flavours of the Middle East with this Italian extra virgin olive oil by Marina Colonna. It’s sweetened with rose oil and a spicy kick of cardamom, so you can try out all kinds of recipes. We recommend using it as an ingredient in sweet polenta-based cakes or drizzling it over Persian salads.
