    We're buzzing with excitement at the thought of our latest Selfridges Selection edition in the Foodhall. We've worked with bee experts at The London Honey Company to bring you this hand-cut Heather honeycomb submerged in acacia. Set aside from other varieties by its jelly-like consistency, it captures the essence of Shropshire and Lancashire's high heather moors as the flowers bloom in late summer. The acacia honey is delicately aromatic and is accompanied by a slice of lightly chewy comb.
