Ruinart is the oldest
champagne house founded in 1729 founded by the monk Dom Ruinart, and it is he that gives his name to their prestige cuvee. A Blanc de Blancs, this vintage shows chestnut and coconut character on the nose, along with some notes of fresh bread and Seville orange marmalade. Ripe grapefruit and green apple dominate the palate, which shows lovely structure and just a hint of richness.
