With a focus on chardonnay varieties,
Tattinger has been creating quality wines since 1932, each year holding a unique profile thanks to the differing climate conditions. This Comtes Blanc de Blancs blend nods to the legendary Thibaud IV le Chansonnier who, in 1239, brought back a new variety of grape – now known as chardonnay’s ancestor – to France. A cuvée using only juice from the first press and aged for up to 10 years in the cool chalk quarry, its notes are precise, silky and crisp.
