The combination of rich, volcanic soil and the country's lush climate makes a perfect place for sugar to grow, creating this light, subtly fruity premum drink named for one of the heroes of the Philippines revolution. Crafted in small batches, it's been aged for seven years in American oak and charcoal-filtered for a smooth, velvety taste.
