For your ease, no return label or QR code is required.
Alternatively, you can always return your item to any of our four stores for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchasing it.
· What information do you need to create my return?
We just need the information from your original in-store receipt.
· How will you process my refund?
Once we receive your returned item in store, a Selfridges team member will be in touch to process your refund. They will confirm your details and ask for your long card number and expiry date of the payment card used for the original transaction.
· I have misplaced my receipt. Can I still return my item that I bought in store and had delivered home?
Yes, simply pop into any of our stores with your return and our In-store Returns team will be able to help you – as long as the item was purchased within 28 days.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to arrange a remote return and refund without the original receipt.
· Can I use this service to return an item I bought in store and took home myself?
Unfortunately, not – this service is for home deliveries bought in store only. For all other returns, please go to the returns section on our website.
