How many pieces can I purchase from limited edition drops?

To make sure everyone has a chance to shop our latest launches, you can only buy one item per category from the launch/collection, with a maximum of five items in total. 

How can I make payment remotely? 

You will be sent a secure link to pay through by email or text following appointment and payment must be made within 24 hours

How will I get my items?

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment (plus £5 UK delivery charge) and should arrive with you in 5 days. Our delivery provider will keep you up to date about the confirmed date and time for your delivery. 

Can I shop other products during my video call? 

Yes, although we may need to arrange a call back to check availability and prepare the products you wish to view. 

Can I book multiple appointments to secure product from the drops?

No, you can only book one appointment for yourself per drop and any multiple bookings will be cancelled so that others can get the chance to shop.

How many times can I enter the draw?

Customers are allowed one entry per draw and are only permitted one colour and size option per draw. If a customer makes multiple entries they may be disqualified from the draw.

Can I enter the draw multiple times if I select a different colour or size?

Unfortunately not. Only one entry is allowed for each overall draw and customers are only permitted one colour and size option per draw.

Can I change my size and/or colour choice once I have entered the draw?

No, draw entries cannot be altered, so be sure to check the details before you press enter.

How do I know if I have entered the draw?

Don't worry, a pop-up notification within the Selfridges App will confirm your entry.

When will the draw close?

The draw will close on 5 March at 12:00, after this point no further entries will be accepted.

When will I know whether I have won the draw?

Winners will be notified within 72 hours once the draw is closed. Each winning customer will be contacted via a push notification within the Selfridges App. This notification can also be found in the customer's inbox within the Selfridges App. Winners will be given 1 hour to make their purchase. If a winner does not make their purchase within this timeframe, they will forfeit their win. A different winner will be selected and notified.

How do I make my purchase if I am a winning customer?

The push notifcation alerting customers they have won will contain a link. This link will take customers directly to the checkout page, with their product in the basket ready to be purchased. This product will be the colour and size selected when the customer entered the draw.

How can I receive my order?

All orders are for delivery to a UK address only

How long do I have to make my purchase if I am a winning customer?

Once notified, each customer will have 1 hour to make their purchase.  A follow up notification will be sent when you only have 30 minutes left to make the purchase.

How will I know if I have not won?

Once all products have been sold, we will notify unsuccessful customers that they have not won via push notification within the Selfridges App.
