For Every Self: meet the Diversity board

Elected by fellow team members, the 12 representatives that make up the Diversity board meet each month to champion diversity and inclusivity at Selfridges. As a group, they track how far along the journey we are as a business and set out aims for the future. Each year, they’ll publish a diversity report to map the progress that Selfridges has made and what we will continue to strive for in the future.

The Green Warriors 

These champions of sustainability recently took part in a beach clean on the banks of the River Thames and even came up with the idea of recycling coffee cups to create our iconic yellow Selfridges bags.

The Values Ambassadors 

This community spans team members across all our locations, who seek out fun and impactful ways for us to live our values (more on those below!)

Women in Tech and Digital 

This community is helping address the gender imbalance in science, technology, economic and mathematics roles (or STEM subjects, for short) in and outside our business, giving talks in schools that help young people realise different opportunities and encouraging positive developments here at Selfridges.

The Wellbeings 

From yoga sessions to talks on mental health by expert speakers, our wellbeing community (aka The Wellbeings) continues to develop new experiences that bring balance to our daily routine.
