Below the summit of Mount Lofty, Ashton Hills grows its exceptional Australian wines from its three hectare estate. Pinot noirs like this Piccadilly Valley vintage are a particular speciality, thanks to the vineyard’s cool climate. You’ll see why its wines are known as the ‘burgundies of the Adelaide Hills’ when you take in the rich and dark fruity aromas of cherry and plum, layered with earthy hints of autumn leaves that create persistent tannins.
