Biscuit Boutique combines carefully handcrafted artwork with mini cakes – a duo we can very much get behind. For its latest sweet treats, the mother-and-son founders design the
Tulips Flowers selection, filling the indulgent dessert cubes with a soft caramel centre surrounded by a layer of crunchy biscuit and creamy chocolate coating. They almost look too good to eat (we said almost).
