70 acres of rolling hills in East Sussex are home to Tillingham, a mixed farm that, as well as fruit trees and livestock, is home to rows of vines that are grown using a biodynamic approach to promote wider ecological diversity. The brand’s Endgrain wine is a blend of four aromatic varieties: Muller Thurgau, Ortega, Bacchus and Pinot Gris. The result is a shimmering vino fresh with notes of magnolia and elderflower.
