This was the provocative question that towered above the runway at Jonathan Anderson’s debut Dior SS26 show in Paris last year. It marked the unveiling of a new vision for the storied French fashion house: one rooted in the past but shaped by the world around us. Inventive, intellectual and intriguingly beautiful.

STEP INTO A NEW CHAPTER: DIOR SS26
Like Christian Dior himself, Jonathan Anderson is pioneering a new look. For SS26, the designer returns to the archives. But rather than repeating Dior’s legacy, Anderson decodes and recodes it, shrinking, cropping and reworking silhouettes to feel relevant for today.
At The Corner Shop, discover classic tailoring and shirting that nod to 18th-century opulence and military uniforms, alongside full skirts in forget-me-not prints, voluminous cargo shorts inspired by Christian Dior’s iconic 1948 Delft dress, and preppy twill jackets constructed with couture-like craftsmanship.
Dior’s iconic accessories have been injected with playful storytelling too. Find the signature Dior Book Tote embroidered with covers of classic literary works including Dracula and Madame Bovary, alongside the new Dior Bow Bag and the Lady Dior Bag, featuring the four-leaf clover and daisy motifs, talismanic charms and symbols that Christian Dior was known to favour.
All this, plus two moments to mark in your diary: the Dior menswear runway collection is at The Corner Shop until 4 February, followed by the Dior womenswear runway collection until 27 February.
