Chick iced vanilla biscuit

What came first, the chicken or the egg? In the case of this biscuit by Alix Fauvel it’s both. Why? Because the crumbly vanilla treat is cut into the shape of an egg and topped with icing decorated to look like a little chick. Almost too good to eat, if you ask us, it’s ready to snap and dip into a well-deserved cuppa after everyone’s come back inside from filling their baskets with chocolates left out by the Easter bunny.
