Blumarine’s SS24 catwalk show was a display of gothic ruffles, rebellion and mermaid incarnations. Marine life and dark, sultry silhouettes are an unlikely but winning combination, and the latest mini skirt is a case in point. Dreamt up by Creative Director Nicola Brognano, this skin-bearing number has Y2K written all over it with horizontal ruching and layering that nods to the iconic ra-ra skirt resurgence of the 90s.
