Century-old champagne house Telmont is converting its vineyards to support organic production, determined to have less of an impact on the earth—and 12 hectares are already running under biodynamic cultivation. The Domaine—its name interestingly completely made up by the founder’s son André Lhopital—presents its Vinotheque 2012 in this bottle. A ripe apple palate is layered with citrus, brioche and dried apricots.
