This winery was set up by three musicians one from Hungary and two from Germany who fell in love with the wines from this region. This is made in the classic Aszu style with Furmint and Hárslevelü that has been affected by noble rot. These grapes are hand picked and the berries are then placed in an open tub and with the help of a wine mixer smashed into a dough–like consistency. This paste is transferred into a cask to which new wine or must is then added and slowly fermented. The Puttonyos refers to the amount of paste added to the must and relates to the sweetness of the wine with six being the sweetest.
