It’s the basketball shoe that needs no introduction, but since you’re here: if ever a trainer has earned the title “iconic”, it’s the
Nike Air Max 90. Designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1990 and beloved of sneakerheads and non-sneakerheads since the low-top is made from a mix of suede and textile and sits on a rubber sole with that Air unit visible (from whence the kicks got their name). Oh, and it’s signed off with the iconic Swoosh logo along the side and on the tongue.
