Picturing the Jacquemus girl – clad in her strappy dresses and ankle-tie heels – trekking through a mountainous passage may be a struggle, but the Creative Director convinced us with his "haute hiker" AW21 collection. Adopting a sportier aesthetic, he crafts the La Maille Bormio from a finely knitted ribbed fabric, topping it with a practical quarter-zip high neck. A look at the lingerie straps and seriously cropped hem, though, and it's business as usual.
