After two years of hard graft to revitalise
Eversfield’s Ellacot farm after previous intensive farming, the natural fauna and wildlife began to flourish once more. Then Mark Bury’s own herd of native Aberdeen Angus cattle moved in, which gets to munch exclusively on grasses and wildflowers – all organic, of course. All that work has led to this Nose to Tail box, with a selection of butchered-to-order beef, lamb, outdoor-bred pork and free-range chicken in a variety of cuts.
