Vincent Dampt comes from a dynasty of winemakers who have managed the family domaine in the town of Chablis for over 150 years (four generations of Dampts). His Les Vaillons 1er Cru chablis is made from chardonnay grapes plucked from 10-year-old and 15-year-old vines, vinified in stainless steel tanks to bring out the full potential of the fruit and terroirs. It pours with a pale, bright gold hue and aromas of crunchy apple, flowers and lemon zest: sip it to enjoy the rich palate, fruity character and mineral finish.
