Monkey Shoulder, the whisky produced is bound to be interesting. A surprising combination of three specialised Speyside single malts, this blended Scotch doesn’t disappoint. Smooth and creamy from the off, it’s sprinkled with winter spices and bitter aniseed. Malty to the close, there are sweeter hints of Manuka honey, butterscotch and dried apricot on the palate balanced with spicy oak at the finish.
