If you don’t know a thing or two about Sake, then there’s a whole world out there to be discovered. This time we take you to the Japanese region of Yamagata to find this expression. Known as a ‘Sarasara’, it’s less cloudy that a typical Nigori, unfiltered sake. Light and fragrant, there’s a hint of sweetness of first sip that quickly livens up and delivers ice-clean clarity through to the finish. Try yours with a little sushi; we’d recommend lotus tempura or sashimi.
