Preparation Instructions1. PREPARE: Line 4 baking trays with baking paper. If you do not have 4 baking trays, you can bake in batches.
2. MIX: Mix 190g of soft butter, 2 eggs and the contents of the bottle until a soft dough has formed.
3. CHILL: Cover the bowl with cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes. Whilst the dough is chilling, preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.
4. BAKE: Roll 16 balls of cookie dough. place the balls onto the prepared baking trays, making sure they are well spaced. Bake for 15-18 mins until they have set and are golden around the edges but still soft in the middle. Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
