Louis Roederer is one of the few Houses that still use the Saignee method to make their rosé. Skin maceration requires highly concentrated and aromatic grapes that only grow on the very old vines of Cumières and only in exceptional vintages. There is a burst of red fruit followed by floral notes – a lively yet delicate rosé.
