Debut EVO 2 Turntable

Debut EVO 2 Turntable

The Debut EVO 2 is built around the core principles that make a turntable truly exceptional precision engineering, expert craftsmanship, and hand-built quality made in the EU. Designed to deliver outstanding performance for years to come, it’s a turntable built to last a lifetime.

Special Aluminium Platter

The newly developed heavy aluminium platter features an integrated TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) damping ring, reducing unwanted resonances for improved clarity and lower wow and flutter. Its anti-magnetic construction also makes it compatible with MC cartridges and future balanced upgrades.

Precision Tonearm Bearing Block

A massive CNC-milled aluminium bearing block delivers exceptional stability while absorbing unwanted vibrations generated by the cartridge, resulting in smoother tracking and more accurate playback.

Pick it MM EVO Cartridge

Developed in collaboration with Ortofon in Denmark, the new Pick it MM EVO cartridge offers a lively, dynamic, and robust sound signature. Incorporating Ortofon’s split pole pin technology, it achieves an impressively flat frequency response comparable to many MC cartridges.

Damped Counterweight

Borrowing technology from Pro-Ject’s high-end models, the counterweight now includes a TPE damping ring to further minimise resonance and enhance sonic performance.

Advanced Tonearm Design
Adaptive Anti-Skating

The Debut EVO 2 features an anti-skating system that automatically adapts as the skating force changes across the record surface, ensuring accurate playback from the outer grooves to the centre.

One-Piece Carbon Fibre Tonearm

The lightweight yet extremely rigid 8.6” one-piece carbon fibre tonearm delivers exceptional detail, improved tracking, and a wide, immersive soundstage.

Premium Aluminium Bearing

Precision CNC-milled aluminium bearings provide ultra-low friction movement for maximum stability and accurate cartridge performance.

Clean Design from Every Angle

The Debut EVO 2 introduces a cleaner rear-panel layout with the RCA output box and power connection fully integrated into the plinth for a sleek, minimal appearance.

Premium Connections

Gold-plated RCA sockets ensure optimal signal transfer, while the supplied Connect it Phono E RCA cable uses high-quality copper conductors for low-loss audio transmission. The semi-symmetrical cable design helps reduce interference, and replaceable RCA connections allow future cable upgrades, including compatibility with Pro-Ject’s True Balanced technology.
