Named after a now-defunct distillery on the island of Islay in the Scottish hebrides,
Bruichladdich’s Port Charlotte single malt whisky is authentic in every sense. The PAC:01 2011 edition is made from two parcels of Scottish barley that spent they're first six years in ex-American oak casks before being transferred to red wine casks from the Gironde left bank, north of Bordeaux. The dry, peaty smoke notes entice you in, revealing oak spices, chocolate, toasted malt and toffee.
