Not many people can trace their lineage back to the time of Louis XV, but Jean-François Clouet is one of the exceptions; his family was the official printer to the king’s court at Versailles before they began their foray in winemaking. Grown on the estate it took them over two centuries to amass in France’s Champagne region, Pinot Noir grapes are blended to create the Grande Réserve Brut. Intense and refreshing, it sparkles with notes of juicy pear, zingy citrus and heady jasmine.
