At the start of the millennium in the small town of Lo Abarca, María Luz Marín’s dream began. In other words, that was the year that Casa Marín first opened in the Chilean San Antonio valley. One of the fruits of her labour is this Estero sauvignon gris. That pale yellow colour is your first hint of the aromas, as there’s a burst of lychee, elderflower, lemon, lime and grapefruit peel on the nose. Dry with acidity throughout, it’s one to sip and savour in the sunshine.
