If we say "Easter", you say? Well, "eggs", of course - the kind wrapped up in foil and with chocolate shells that go "snap". We're hopping mad for them, ourselves, so we're whipping up our very own at Selfridges Selection. First up is this crunchy milk chocolate honeycomb creation. Made especially for us in the carbon-neutral Chocolarder's atelier in Cornwall, it's infused with honey locally sourced from endangered black bees and sugar from a green harvest project in Brazil.
