adidas x Gucci: what to expect

Creative collaborations lie at the heart of what we do at Selfridges. The latest fashion partnership to arrive at our London store sees the iconic pairing of adidas x Gucci. Creative Director Alessandro Michele has brought his inimitable style to the sports brand’s design codes with a dressing-up box of retro sportswear, traditional tailoring, Gazelle trainers and Gucci horsebits.

Gucci teased the logofied styles at the house’s Exquisite show in Milan, where we first caught a glimpse of the irreverent remix of adidas Three stripes, Gucci Web and hybrid branding. These house signatures show up across the collection, on smart silk scarves and tennis skirts, through to the exclusive-to-Selfridges Gazelle trainers and sliders.
