The rosé brut champagne from prestigious winemaker Dom Pérignon is a tribute to pinot noir. Taking over a decade to create, the lightweight blend is infused with the celebrated grape along with chardonnay to create a warming and full-bodied flavour. Part of the winery’s showstopping lineup, the effervescent, berries-and-cream 1992 bottling has notes of dried herbs, candied citrus peel and smoky cocoa, and is best enjoyed during the warmer months (ideally, as you watch sunset over the hills of Champagne).
