Hailing from the famous Jim Beam family, Booker’s Kentucky straight bourbon whisky is the brainchild of Booker Noe, grandson of the man himself. If you want to explore the world of small-batch bourbon, this 2022 bottling provides the perfect way in. Matured for seven years and bottled at cask strength, it combines barrels from seven different warehouses. The nose is generous with vanilla and oak, followed by roasted peanuts and butterscotch on the palate.
