This wine originates from vinification in steel vats at a controlled temperature with selected grapes in vineyards located in the hills surrounding the city of Arezzo at altitudes ranging from 250 to 550 meters above sea level. Since 2002 a natural and sustainable approach to the cultivation of the land has been chosen in respect of the territory and of the people. This means using natural products to combat vine diseases, increase the welfare of plants and the quality of the grapes, with a low impact on the environment and with positive effects on biodiversity.
