Manual harvesting and biodynamic processes define every bottle of wine by Domaine Leflaive. Blended from 100 per cent chardonnay grapes grown in the producer’s Puligny-Montrachet vineyard that are fermented in oak casts for 12 months and then a further six in tanks, the 1er Cru Clavoillon is a medium to full-bodied white to serve chilled with fresh fish and pasta dishes. Swirling through every glass, notes of fruit and white flowers join mellow almond aromas.
