Selfridges Selection couldn’t let you finish any festive feast without the classic dessert, so it serves up this lightly spiced and classically fruity recipe, courtesy of British baker, Fiona Cairns. Slow-baked in small batches, doused in cognac and matured for six months, it’s made using only the best ingredients before being decorated by hand. Now isn’t that (quite literally) the icing on the cake?
