Billecart-Salmon has always been a favourite with the Sommelier world. It was founded in 1818 after the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, and is still overseen by Francois Billecart. This unique cuvée champagne is made from the three Champenois grape varieties, lending it a powerful brioche and toffee palate with aromas of dried fruits and fresh citrus in the background.
