In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. When substitutions are made we will match as best we can to the flower choice and colour scheme.

• Item will be delivered safely in bag and bucket with water to keep the flowers fresh during transit. Handle will be wrapped with ribbon with trailing ribbon pinned to the bouquet.

Care instructions

• If you plan on using this product for the next day or even same day, keep in a cool and cold environment. Make sure the ends of the stems are in water and the water level sits below the ribbon and kept still to avoid getting it wet.


• Place in cool and cold environment until the moment of use. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods of time to prevent browning of the roses.
