Cantina Salcheto was founded in 1984 by Michele Manelli whose energy and penchant for vines meant that the winery quickly established itself as one of the finest in Tuscany. Its belief in the soil and traditional local varieties has allowed it to produce bottles that are a true expression of the region. This case of Selfridges Selection Chianti is a prime example and boasts flavours of cherry, red berry, and plum and pairs perfectly with Pasta al Ragù.
