The sparkling beverage is made by freezing the juice of Müller-Thurgau and Regent grapes and using filtered water to balance the natural fruit sugars before going through a carbonation process which results in long-lasting bubbles, adding both freshness and texture. Your nose will experience aromas of peach and honeyed melon, followed by a burst of zesty green apple on the palate.
