Originally dreamt up in Victorian times, the grape shear is used for separating bunches of grape stalks from one another without them tearing apart. Continuing to craft this handy accessory, Italian label Betakut designs this iteration. Made from hot drop forged and hardened steel, along with a sleek ash wood handle, it’s complete with a safety metal locking device. We’ll be having our grapes in wine form, please.
