Hats off to the Brazilian brand for transforming this fast-growing, renewable plant into footwear that looks just as good on a running track or a night out. The brand's Earth-conscious strategy goes beyond materials, though. As well as ensuring fair working conditions in its factories, it uses recycled packaging and has planted two trees for each pair of trainers sold since 2020.
