The rolling hills, meadows and rivers of the Cotswolds are home to The Cotswolds Distillery, where its botanical experts create this London dry gin. Local lavender comes together with freshly-peeled grapefruit and lime zest from faraway lands, building the sweet and citrusy, juniper-fuelled flavours.
