SACAI Men's

Revitalise your wardrobe with the quietly radical aesthetic of Sacai for men. After honing her talents as a pattern cutter for Rei Kawakubo and Junya Watanabe at Comme des Garçons, Japanese designer Chitose Abe launched Sacai in 1999. Garnering a following almost exclusively through word of mouth, the label became an international hit after its first show at Paris Fashion Week in 2009. The same year, Abe established her men's collection, setting off sportswear-inspired silhouettes with off-kilter details. 

Our Sacai Selfridges collection offers a range of pieces that combine function with sartorial experimentation. One of Abe's best-known design codes is undoubtedly her signature splicing" technique - mixing unexpected textures and patterns. Almost all of the fabrics are made exclusively for the label, with a large proportion of the production based in Japan.
