    What’s special about the folks at That Boutique-y Whisky Company is that their whiskies are often from long-lost distilleries; Rosebank is one of them. It might have closed in the 1990s, but you can taste the magic in this 26-year-old bottle. As a result there’s a whole host of scents and flavours, opening with lemon sherbet and toffee on the nose that graduates to candied citrus peel, cedar and spices on the palate. This one should be savoured.
