Distilled back in September 1989 before being left to mature in a sherry barrel for 28 years is this single malt whisky from the Macallan Distillery in Scotland. Infused with notes of orange oil, dark honey and barley sugar, the spiced blend is balanced with aromas of dried apricot along with the sharp tang of citrus and the mellow heat of ginger. If you ask us, it’s one to be opened after dinner before sitting back and enjoying the evening.
