To help serve our local London community, we are pleased to announce that our Foodhall at Selfridges London is now open.
Access to the Foodhall is available via the Orchard Street entrance. The rest of the store, including our restaurants, will remain closed until further notice.
Orders and Collection
Orders for food, meal boxes and cooking kits – as well as bespoke hampers, gift cards and gifting for all occasions – can be placed with our Food Concierge team for same-day collection. To place an order, please contact the Food Concierge team on [email protected] or 020 7318 3458.
Delivery for our local neighbours
For the time being, we are offering our local neighbours the option of home delivery – our Selfridges yellow electric van will bring your order to you (pending availability).
We are stocking a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, baked goods, pharmacy items and household products.
We have also put together new meal boxes and kits, available in store, for collection or delivery:
To place an order or for more information, please contact the Food Concierge team (details above). We can also create bespoke food boxes upon request.
Customer and team member safety
Our priority is to keep both customers and team members safe, with social distancing rules – including a one-way system – put in place throughout the Foodhall, in line with government guidelines. We have also installed hand sanitiser stations throughout the space, screens at till points and a limit on the number of customers in store at any one time.
Supporting our communities
NHS, health and social care workers also have priority access to both the store and checkouts and can use our car park for free. Leftover food will be donated across three charities: City Harvest, The Little Things and HEROES+. Discover more about how we’re supporting communities here.
Brightening your day
We’re continuing our #kindnesschallenge by inviting Foodhall customers to nominate someone who has carried out an act of kindness to be in with a chance of winning a fridge full of food. And, as part of the ‘Fullfridges’ initiative, each week a Foodhall team member will receive a fridge full of food to recognise their contribution and service.
