The new Velvet Matte Skin Tint from NARS is an oil-free formula that transforms the look of skin both immediately and over time. Transparent ‘Blurring Powders’ enhance the look of skin by helping to diffuse imperfections with a powerful optical effect, while the added benefits of vitamins C, E and SPF 30 protect against free-radical damage caused by environmental stress.
