Given that raclette is both a Swiss and French tradition, it makes sense that this raclette heater by Paton & Whitfield was crafted in one of the dish’s home countries. Yes, the two pans, spatulas and stand were rendered from metal in Switzerland and are packaged up with eight tealights to heat and melt your cheese of choice – we’re thinking Ogleshield or Gruyere served scraped over potatoes or alongside cured meats.
